It is just a splash... :?

Looks fine... but I am not a fan of the glass-effect.

I'm not sure it's a splash, just a main page, I'm not going to have a whole lot of content, as you could probably tell by the three button navigation menu

I'm still working on the layout for the three pages, I'm just trying to get feedback on what I've got so far before I commit to the style..

Thanks for the reply!

missing-score is on a distinguished road
Very nice! Great for a main page, but I wouldn't use it on all pages, It is a bit big to appear on every page!

Nice effect, worth continuing with

Nice design.

BUT ....

<personal opinion> I would go with making the 'F' in Free the same style as the remaining letters OR making the 'ree' the same as the 'F'. The 'ree' stood out more from the 'F' and I am assuming you did not want that. </personal opinion>

What fonts did you use for the "ree" part and then on the buttons?

Could you send them to me, or give me a website where I can get them?

Thanks!!

Hey thanks for the feedback everyone! The_wizzard, I think that font is just plain Arial bold, squished down a bit.

Site Critique

Hi Nick,

As you know, design is highly subjective. It's depends largely upon your audience, the image that you are trying to portray, and the goal of your project. That said, here's my humble opinion:

Logo Text:
I like the fonts that you used on the "ree" and "Custom Designs" text - very clean. I think that I would prefer the F to be a bit simpler and cleaner like the rest of the logo text.

Logo Color:
The blues and grey work nicely together.

Logo Layout:
Nicely balanced

Buttons:
I prefer smaller buttons in my design, but that may be just my thing. However I do think that the page design would appear more pulled together if you used a text that goes a bit better with the logo (perhaps the "Designs" text or the "custom" text).
