Forms: Wisiwyg HTML???

I am not even sure where to ask this, but this is a start. I wish to present a text entry form to users (maybe 50 chars wide and 10 lines tall) allowing them to enter text. The text string created will be stored in an SQL DB field and later read out to redisplay on another page. The thing is, the only way to get HTML thijngs into the string is manually enter <strong> and such, requiring the form filler person to know html.

Just like this forum has for creating these replies, is there a wysiwyg tool that will let the user do bold and such, then wrap those proper HTML tags around the appropriate text?

I also suggest TinyMCE as an option.
