100% height inside a nested DIV?

I'm making a new site design and am testing it at http://www.gcwonline.us/v5/test.php

I've got the containing DIV to be 100% of the browser height, but I need the two nested DIVs inside this DIV to do the same. Is there any way possible to do that?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

harbingerOTV will become famous soon enough
using purely css it's tricky (and need a little "smoke and mirrors" applied).

using the "faux columns" approach is doable in your a situation.

Thanks! That looks like it could help a lot. I'll give it a try sometime this week!
