.htaccess problems

Hi,

I have created a .htaccess file for my website, but am unable to get all the settings to work at once, such as non-indexing of directories and error documents to work together in the same file. I think the layout of my information in the file is incorrect.

For the .htaccess file, should it work if you place each bit of information on a new line, or am I doing it wrong.

Thanks for any help,

Mike

Hi, welcome to the forums,

Each bit of information on a new line, yes. But there's more to it.
What exactly is not working?

You could also do a search for .htaccess:
