Site review.

I am getting ready to tweak the site I run for my church. This tweak will alter the layout slightly so that I can introduce a modest backgrounds and mostly clean things up a bit.

I am curious on what you like and dislike, and what you think needs to go or perhaps something that I am missing and/or in need of.
