scrolling div and div aligned to the bottom

i have a scrolling div for my main content

i want to put a div (with footer info) always on the bottom of the scrolling div no matter what but I don't want it to cover over text.

Is there anyway to do this??

http://www.positivew orkshops.com/page.asp?id=11

(please remove the spaces)

i'd like the copyright line to be aligned to the bottom but on some pages using hte same class the div is scrollable and there it should also be aligned to the bottom without covering over the words

thanks
