IE DIV Spacing Issue

I'm having some trouble removing the spacing between a couple of div's in IE(6/7). Everything works fine in Firefox/Opera (as usual), but in IE, the elements do not touch each other (like I want them to).

The page can be seen at http://209.7.3.209/index-new.php and the part I am referring to is where it says "Wanted". When that is clicked, it expands, but the extra red and black space (colours simply there for fixing this) should not be there. Same thing with the story under it, when it is expanded. The CSS file is located at http://209.7.3.209/fenwick.css and there is another (but I don't think it applies) at http://209.7.3.209/domcollapse.css

Nevermind, I fixed it. Dumb mistake. i never set the margin on the <p> inside the div to 0.
