Smile IE Addon...ish! Task for someone!!!

Hey guys!

i work in a little computer shop and we constantly need to check regular prices for our customers...

as with most pc shops we buy almost all of our stock from online stores such as dabs.com and ebuyer.co.uk.

what i need is a right click option for internet explorer where we can highlight a price and click and it will work out the retail value of the item with VAT and our percentage added on!

i think this would be a nice little project for some of you out there to give a try!

PM me if you have any ideas or wanna take up the challange!

Cheers
Andy B

I don't understand why you would do this, much less why anybody else would do it for you. It seems like the sane way to accomplish this would be to aggregate the prices in a local database so you don't have to crawl the web for it anyway, yeah? Suppliers will form partnerships with you that make this really easy, or you can just scrape their public-facing sites yourself. NB: Still not gonna do it for you.

we do it there and then for the customer, it just saves time finding the price then having to call up our database, add it as an item etc...
