IE7 eats nav bar

The main navigations buttons at the top of the page are half cropped by the body in IE7, but are normal in most other browsers, including IE6 and Firefox. I have no idea why this is happening, and complaints are pouring in. (The site wasn't originally coded by me.)

Any ideas? Thanks!
