alex57 has a little shameless behaviour in the past
frames and scrolling

This could have a simple resolution or be impossible i dont know.

I have a frame area which i want to only be able to scroll vertical and NOT horizontal however in the frameset if you use 'scrolling=yes' it gives scroll bars vertically and horizontally. Can just horizontally be achieved ??

thanks

oldcrazylegs is an unknown quantity at this point
Put your content inside a div tag and set the height smaller than the height of frame. Then set the width allot wider than the frame.

When a visitor resizes the page text larger than it is now then the vertical scrollbar will most likely return. There is no way I know of to stp it altogether.
