How to keep a menu at the bottom of a page

I want to keep a certain navbar of my site at the bottom of the entire window, so it will scroll down with the browser.
This is the navbar I am using:

My hope is that I can keep that bar at the bottom of the window and if a user scrolls, the bar with adjust its position.

Thanks!

Give the container of your navbar

style="postion: fixed; left: 20px; top 200px;"
