Help writing html

Hi,

I am trying to recreate a website and I want it to look somewhat like an old one I had. With similar styles and the same images and look. But the old site files I have are primitive.

Can anyone help me or try to do it themselves? I am grateful on any help I can get

blog-dark-10.zip ---> this is the new site files (the site I want to look like the old one)
oldsite.zip ---> this is the old site files

MISSING FILE- there is a png image named header.png that belongs in the oldsite files. It is too big to upload.
