Which CMS

If you were to use any publicly available CMS to create a website, which one would it be?

I've looked at a few here : http://www.cmsmatrix.org/matrix

Wondering if there are any favorites amongst the experts.

Pennimus is on a distinguished road
This question comes up all the time in this forum, and typically the responses are kind of eclectic. You may want to go to OpenSourceCMS which lets you test drive a bunch before you settle on one.
