social networking website: Ownership split

Hello,
My name is Justin Anderson and I'm interested in developing a social networking website and I'm willing to split ownership with any group willing and capable of coding it.
Let me start off by saying that I'm keeping the information top secret right now. I don't want any of the details to leak out so I apologize for this project being so ambiguous.

What I am disclosing instead is the scope of the project. Without saying too much I'd say that the site is built very similarly to MySpace at the database and middle level. At the GUI level though is where things are set up very differently. I wanted to know if your team was capable of pulling off a project of this type.
I've talked to 3 companies already and their final price has always been double+ their estimate. Why I don't understand since I clearly stated that this site was about as complicated as myspace with a cleaner interface.

I'm looking to develop in PHP and I want to get this project developed asap, even if I have to sacrifice some features. Reason being because I already know of a competing site and I'm sure other far better designs are in the works.

I know though that this site will require Javascript and knowledge of flash.

Ideally, I'd like to get this project done within 5 weeks. I have a very clear idea in my head of what I want and I'm looking for a team of people(preferably within 1.5hr of L.A. so I can meet with you) who can pull this off.

cheers,
-Justin

Dear Justin,

I see that this posted quite a while ago. Were you able to find anyone? If so, and if you're finished for the time being, would you mind if I get in touch with them concerning some issues on a developmental web site?

Thanks,

Rick Henkin
