Ok,
There are lots of choices for you at the moment, you need to choose one. Choice one: will you host your own forum, or use something like Proboards? Choice two: if hosting your own, which free, open-source forum will you use; or will you make your own; or will you buy a forum like Vbulitan? Choice three: will you use a pre-made design, or will you make your own?
Just some thoughts.
