Guru needed! Next/Previous Links and Thickbox?

I am having a couple issues here:

First here is the URL for the issues I am referring to:

First Problem:
I need to make the "Previous" and "Next" links function and unfortunately I am not the best with Javascript
so any help would be AWESOME!!!!!

Last Problem:
With Thickbox I am trying to expand the image with the "DOWNLOAD HI RES IMAGE" link.
I have added this affect with other images in the site (http://manhattanwest.com/the_place/index.php?ID=2) and it works just fine....???...???

Any ideas?

On the page with the images that isn't working, there isn't any reference to the jQuery.js, thickbox.js, or thickbox.css. Also, you have to give your link the class "thickbox". You have those on the floor plans page which works...

I'm not a guru, but hope that points you in the right direction...
