Yea the ASP forum would be a good place to start
ASP connects to databases with ADO, and ADO (which can be used in a lot of languages so there are plenty of resources out there) can connect to mysql.
When ASP uses ADO to talk to different DBMSs the only thing that really changes is the connectionstring anyway.
will get you all the connectionstrings you need, and once you have that, asp doesn't care what DBMS its on. (Obviously though the SQL syntax will change to mysql flavour in some places because no DBMSs really use ansi standard sql, but that is just a change in the sql strings, not in the actual ASP code.)
