Hard Disk Drive deals.

Months ago I found great deals on Hard Drives, I'm talkin' like $30.00-$40.00 for an 80.0GB (don't ask me how they were selling it so cheap). But now that I'm actually looking for a good deal I can't find any. I'm not wanting much, just a 15.0-20.0GB. But the cheapest 15.0 costs frickin' $50.00! And I realy don't want to spend much money right now. Anybody know of some good deals?

Question

15 GB drive for $50.00 that is pretty good (unless you are in American Dollars). Heck I can remember when I bought a Maxtor 13.5 GB drive in 2000 for around $200 (and that was a deal!).

Anyways, let us know where you are located Hellfire, maybe that will help narrow down the search.

I just checked out the sites I'd consider buying from (CompUSA, Best Buy, Circiut City) and the cheapest harddrive I saw was a 40GB for $69. If you're brave, you can also check ebay...

20GB for $35

or

20GB for $21

but you don't necessarily know what your going to get. If you do find deals like you described be sure to post a followup... If I saw something inexpensive enough I'd like to get a second HD.

First of all, yes I'm in America. Second of all, I'm 14 years old with no way of getting money. My mom said she might buy a hard drive for $40.00, but I doubt it... She doesn't really give a damn about this computer. Now don't start telling me ways to get money, keep it on subject. If I find that really food deal again, I'll be sure to post it here(after I get me one, of course).
