creating logo water marks

I am not sure what this is called, but I tried searching this forum for water marks & got nothing. I have thumbnails of images for my site & have the big versions of the pictures. I want to be able to make my bigger pictures to automatically have my company logo imprinted behind the pictures. An example of what I am talking about is this link below. Click on the zoom pic & see their logo name in the background. If you try to save that image it save a generic image with nothing but their logo name & will not show the product image. I want to be able to imprint my company logo like a water mark in the background.

That will not work in FireFox 2.0.0.2...

Sure it will... but you have to have php support first. Chances are, you don't have it on you local machine, so you won't see it if you are viewing the site from your hard drive. But if you publish it to a server that supports php, you should have no problem.

It's server-side, and it alters the .jpg, so the viewer's browser has nothing to do with it.
