I am wondering to know which is the best CMS
with the best documentation so that the beginner can gain
how to write the perfect CMS in php. without looking at the back
front, besides..

I don't get what you mean sorry.. There are loads of CMS but you don't want to be ripping all the code from them. If you want one.. Maybe hire someone.. Or check out some tutorials on pixel 2 life about it?

The best CMS I've ever found is Joomla. I went from knowing absolutely nothing about CMS's to finding Joomla and being able to learn a ton about them in less than a month. It's easy to use, easy to configure, and it's got a ton of users (aka, better support). But like Webmonkey said, don't steal code. Find out how to do it yourself or use code that is free.
