what would be the best way to write a post and reply form (simplest way as i am a newbie)

What do you want to do? like a forum, or message board?

like a messageboard ,so you can create topics and reply to them as well (would it be a form of sorts ? )

mmm, the easiest way would be gettin one from hotscript or those kind of places, and modifying it so it fits you, it is hard to make a message board, i believe the simplest way would be using a database, but that is kind of hard,

you could also make it simpler using an html file, in which you print the replies to each topic, making a file per topic, and creating another html file that will have the links to each topic, but it would be hard to add things as, #replies and that kind of stuff, it can be done but im not usre how,
