Php-my sql login-link doubt

I have a page with say 10 links:

link 1
link 2
link3

:
:
link 10

Also i have a table which has name,email,employee num,username and password of 25 employees.I have a login form which is checked against my this table.And here what is happening is every 25 members can access all the links thus they can access tose linked pages.But i want that employee1,5,8 and 9 should only hve privilege of accessing link1,link5 and link 10.Likewise
employee2,3,4 and 7 should only hve privilege of accessing link2,link6 and link 9.So on

Plz help
How to give a group of employees different different privileges?
