Execute a command during certain time htaccess

What I want to happen, is a line of htaccess code in my htaccess file that will only run during 1 hour during the day based off of server time. Any ideas how to do that?

Lets say during 10-11 AM server time, I want this code to be run:

Options -Indexes

but during no other time. How would I go about doing this?
