Hello All!
paypal is not available in my country. I want to know that Can I use Paypal without verifying Postal address? Will my account be cancelled if I use paypal in this way?

Well I don't think it would be cancelled but how would you use your money? You would only be limited to sites that accept paypal payments. You won't be able to transfer the funds, you won't be able to request a check. Since paypal isn't available in your country then there is probably a good reason why its not. If you don't mind me asking what country are you from?

*sniff* paypal just recently "opened" in Croatia, and we can only send money (purchase things from ebay e.g.). So I receive payments from website jobs through Western Union, which takes a nice little fee .
