freelance web design sites?

FJBrian.... yep, we are launching very shortly. Would be interested to hear what people liked/disliked about other freelance sites?

Likewise, I've had pretty good luck with some of the major sites but have always found the supporting capabilities lacking - bug reporting, wiki's for trading spec's and changes, etc. Ultimately the success of projects really seems to hinge on finding good people to work with (on both sides), but having the right tools in place to help with communication and project management can really help.

Definitely. It's good to hear what people have to say about their experiences, both good and bad. Plus, word of mouth is the best advertising, even on the web.
