Looking for a PHP & MySQL programmer - pay probable

I have a friend that wants to add a lot of things to his website that are way over my head. It will take both php & MySql skills that I do not have. If you have these skills and are reliable and interested send me a message and I can explain further. I am basically a graphics person and not a coder and am trying to find people with skills to send his way.
