Flashcard App Needed

Hello everyone on here,

Being somwhat new to this site and new coding as a whole I am in need of some help to get my website off the ground. I need a flashcard app that can be implemented into a website that I have already started designing in photoshop (using the slice method and breaking down my image into buttons and links etc.) I am using Dreamweaver and have a decent understanding of its use, however assistance may be needed to help combine the two.

What would something like this cost me? I have some further fine work that I would like to try to incorporate into this if possible.

Please let me know what you guys can do.

The only way to know how much this will cost you is if you list the functionality you need. What does your website do? How many pages? What will be on each page? Is there a lot of programming needed behind the scenes, or is it all pretty static? The more detail you provide, the more accurate quote you will receive.
