The site started exactly a month ago.
Traffic - 20,000 /Month
Revenue - Hasn't really worked hard to monetize it. So assume zero. You will work on it yourself to convert that traffic to cash for you. Work for the month has been to make the site and get some traffic. That is not even the optimum traffic the site can get.
Selling plus the server - a VPS that costs only $30 per month.
