PHP page works fine in computer(Chrome) but wont appear in iPhone Safari browser??

Hi all, I just build a multiple choice quiz(javascript/php), where the question and answer is stored in mysql database. At the end of the quiz, there is a display of the result of the quiz by fetching the data from database. It work perfectly fine in computer(Google Chrome), but i dont know why the results page wont appear when done in iPhone through Safari. After completing the quiz in iPhone, the page generate an error. It says that it could not connect to the server.. Is there a problem or incompatibility of browser? I would greatly appreciate feedback, thank you.
