"Forbidden You don't have permission to access / on this server"

Hi all, am in urgent need of some help! I've done my first asp.net site and uploaded it..... and it doesnt work > !!!
I'm getting the 'Forbidden You don't have permission to access / on this server' message, and cant seem to fix? Is it something stupid as I've been staring at it for 3 days straight, or am I just stupid?!

Any tips/pointers/suggestions MASSIVELY appreciated!

Hey my friend,

at what time you got that error,
if you got this error at browsing the website than you totally wrong, I have visited your site is working very fine. There are a few flags to prove as. Spammer, if you are not a spammer then kindly reply with appropriate answer.
