I think the OP means to point out that the leading "double colon" (having flashbacks to SNL's Super Colon Blow ad right now...) is missing from the heading for the "Web Projects and Services Marketplace" forum on the main page.

Yep, it looks like the difference persists anywhere the forum title is used. It's not a bug at all, but a minor error to be sure.
