Image and content slider full width

Hello everyone,

I was wondering what should be done to create an image/ content (displayed in html) slider particularly having image full width no matter what resolution a pc has.

An example of such slider would be: http://radiumone.com

no matter which pc I use the website always displays the content slider in full width from side to side. What should I do to make my content slider's images act like that?
