how to install jquery.easing1.3.js plugin in wordpress i want to install this plugin in worpdress but i am Struggling because is not wordpress plugin?

You need to go into your template files, specifically header.php, and insert the script reference there or use wp_enque_script(), if I remember correctly. The Wordpress documentation should have more info on that.
