This is a good approach to post career opportunities and requirements on related places. I hope you’ll find someone who meets your standards. IMO you can also enhance your talent hunt program by posting on free business opportunity sites like LinkedIn.com, craigslist.com and servana.com. I hope you’ll find a professional there.
