1) Project Details: (be as specific as possible):
We need someone who is excellent at JavaScript to program for us the pop-up system for an inline advertising system.
We need a script, that given a keyword will search through the current page and link all of these words to a specified URL (ignoring the keyword when it is already a link, etc...) then, when a user hovers over, it should display a box, in which we can display an ad.

We already have the technology to display the ads, so this isn't a problem what we need you to build is the JavaScript that given a keyword will link words on the page an present these pop-up boxes.
We already have the design, and a working (but buggy) prototype, we will give you all of this, we want to stick to the design but it's up to you if you want to build upon our prototype system, or re-code your own from scratch.
The code you create must be lightweight and work on most recent/modern browsers. (if it doesn't work 100% with a browser, it must not execute the code at all on that browser).
