Their applications run on a PHP5 LAMP stack and lean heavily on Zend Framework and YUI. The development process is a lightweight Scrum derivative that emphasizes unit testing and frequent releases. What they need from you:

* A fundamental and thorough understanding of OOP
* Strong opinions on what makes for high quality code
* Substantial web development experience
* Familiarity with unit testing and continuous integration
* A passion to create an excellent user experience and realistic business solutions

* At least 5 years of experience
* A degree in something interesting
* Experience in data modeling and SQL
