Looking for partners

I am looking for several partners for long term business relationship.
Experience required:
Php/MySql
js
java
css
Ajax (would be a +)
Joomla
Interested parties must also be imaginative, good communication skills and a good eye for detail. Clean and secure code an absolute MUST.
You must have the ability to work on large projects but take intermittent breaks for small tasks. Most of the projects are large and usually last a month and more. But we also get smaller jobs that can be done in an hour or two.

I currently have a very productive business in web development and open source projects as well as Commercial and custom modifications of Joomla extensions. However I seem to be declining more work than I am able to take on I also have some Joomla extensions that have a very good potential for income. My website currently gets 20,000 to 30,000 visits per day so the traffic and potential are both there. What I am interested is a few good coders that are willing to start small and grow.
Revenue sharing starts on day 1. This is not a get rich quick deal nor is it working for 2 years before you see a dime.

but what type of money are you talking about from day 1?
