some thumbs does not show

ahh forget that, some thumbs did not show on web page, klik refresh and they were there, problem somewhere else then in graphics ....

It might be an image loading issue. If images are too big is file size, they might get loading time out problem. Just optimize it using photoshop 'export for web use' feature.

I've designed a header graphic for a client and basically it's a view of the city with a huge neon sign that spells out the name of their group (band). However, they want the bulbs around the neon sign to flicker on and off...like an old sleazy motel sign if you get what I mean. What would be the best way to go about getting this achieved? I don't know Flash so I'd prefer not to use it. Is there another way?
