SportFund.com is a clever website that is live, working and gaining members daily. It's ready to monetize immediately. I'm looking to partner with a skilled web development individual to take it to the next step and beyond. The site has a solid business model that has tested well and googles #4 for an Athlete Sponsorship
search.
The story so far: I hired a large and professional web development company to create the site. What I got was 90% of what I asked for and a long list of excuses when they ran out of talent and couldn't complete it. I have since spent thousands more fixing the remaining bugs with another firm who are very good but essentially too busy with full service clients and they don't need the piece work. The site is now live but free. It is currently dotNET 1.1 but needs an upgrade to 2.0 or even 3.5.
The purpose of the site is to provide tools and strategies to sports-people looking to raise sponsorship money and to appear on a comprehensive athlete directory. The site has almost 500 free members from all over the world already.
How does the site intend to make money?
A) Essentially, new members will pay $5 per month to have a 'Premium' mini-site on SportFund.com. Any new members who click thru and join from that member's mini-site, buttons, banners, widgets or emails will earn him/her $1 per month. The commission would pay down three levels. It needs a full suite of affiliate functions with multi-tier commission tracking & payments with online member reports. This function has been costed to provide moderately driven members with the opportunity to generate $5000 per annum.
B) To provide other monetizing opportunities like Sports photography and personal trainer storefronts.
I'm not looking for someone expecting to knock up a bit of code during their lunch break and be done with it. This is a business partnership offer that is expected to span the life of the site or at least until we sell it to Google for 100 million, split the loot and go our separate ways

. Once the monetizing is done I recommend that we keep up the work in SEO and upgrades to keep it at the top. That's why I want a percentage partner not a service provider.
My development costs so far exceed $50,000 and thousands of hours. I don't want your money but you would need to be prepared to bring plenty of coding skill and commitment to the project for the 40% share I'm offering. I am in Sydney Australia and I'd prefer someone from Australia, USA or UK who can speak, read and understand English perfectly if we're to be doing this via Skype because I don't speak
any language other than English.
