Create pdf catalog from live online store

1) I have a couple of online stores, using CS cart. These have several categories, sub categories and products populating the respective sites.

I would like to be able to generate a PDF catalog of a store, which when compiled presents a friendly formatted brochure that I can offer for download.

Layout of pdf brochure/catalog to be agreed.

This should if possible be future proof, or at least easily updated if the cart introduces an update which for example changes the structure of the database.

2) Payment Amount: $60

3) Payment via Paypal. Timescale approx two weeks

4) Additional Info: A sample of similar work would be good to see.

Thanks for the info.

I am able to create PDF documents without any problem.

What I want is to PDF up the contents of an online live store into a catalog.
I am guessing this will be using php and interrogating the database to compile the list of products available, then present them in a PDF format that my customers can download.

I could do this one page at a time but this would be very tedious and would need to be done again as and when products are added or become unavailable.
