Flash application that is similiar to:
http://www.makeownringtone.com/

Final product will not be for ringtones, rather for recorded phone calls.

Sliders will be used to pick a start and end point. Button will be pressed to post behind the scenes variables to another web script.

You must be able to come up with a similar player, that works with files that come from a web source, and not local computer.
