Hi there, I juuust stumbled upon codingforums and am sadden that this has to be my first post, but I'll make it count! I've been searching for a place to find partnerships in my big project and I hope I've came to the right place, if not then at least I hope to get a little guidance for the CMS I should attempt to program with.
Project Title: Jappleng University
Partnerships: VP, AJAX Programmer, Flash Programmer, PHPBB Skinner
Description: Jappleng University is not really a university but uses the term as a collective information and knowledge for individuals wanting to learn almost everything about the Japanese language and culture.
This project is already designed, and has been implemented in the past before with and without a Content Management System. It has succeeded in getting attention of hundreds of thousands of people worldwide in a few years, and because of it, I am extremely confident that with a little help, JPL-U can be a full featured website that people across the world can enjoy.
The services on the website is entirely free, however I have devised ways for profit, and how server costs can be at minimal. With all the foundation complete, and over a hundred of articles already ready for launch, all there is left to do now is to implement the design into code.

I hope that some of you will consider this seriously, this isn't a job but a partnership opportunity. The pay rate is non-existent at the moment but as the business grows, so does your wallet. Help create something that is new and unique, and enjoy seeing people learn from the product of our creation.
