Preventing Real Player Download AS2
Hey everyone, I have several swf's with audio files that I am posting to my site. However, anyone with Real Player seems to have the option to download these audio files since I'm using AS2 isntead of AS3. I noticed that the Adobe solution is "passing FlashVars to the SWF file through HTML". I have no idea what this means since I am not familiar with actionscript, I just bought an mp3 player component. Can anyone help me?

I've never heard of that issue before, possibly because I avoid RealPlayer like the plague, but I'm also not sure what it means to pass the variables by FlashVars. There is next to nothing out there that I can find by searching on it, and without knowing Actionscript I don't know what you can do. Have you considered purchasing a newer player that is AS3? There are some out there for less than $30 or so or even free.
