Coding position

Looking for someone that is versed in php,mysql and ajax for an online pokemon game, this game is not yet released(and is not affiliated with pokemon, game freaks or any subsidiaries thereof). The pay would be determined after the project is released and depends on income of the project. The only things left to do are the switching of Pokemon in and out of battle ,the attacking and multiple users on the maps. This project should be a week out if the right candidate apply's. This is not a quick pay assignment, but will pay you if you do a good job, also other means of payment can be negotiated. Do not give quotes as they will not be accepted. Hi PRider,

What it_career is saying is something that has been discussed and reiterated countless times. Basically it boils down to this(and I'm saying this as simply as I can):

#1. If I was to take on your project and work for a week, where is the guarantee that I'll get paid.
#2. The quote "will pay you if you do a good job" also does not guarantee that I'll get paid, I'm sorry to say.

Therefore, it_career's response was appropriate.

Offering the possibility of paying if the coder "does a good job" is not a valid job offer at all. Can you imagine if someone offered such a proposal offline? I'm tempted to just close this thread, though I reckon the lack of respondents means it doesn't really matter either way.

Well honestly if you come out and do not do the work that i require and we agree on an amount, believe this i am not paying you or anyone else for poorly created files . You have to understand that as much as YOU want to get paid and need to get paid i want the job completed correctly. If you do not like my post then fine just delete it but do not try to make me hire a half-@@@@@ designer because you want people to get screwed.
As a matter of fact i will no longer be using a shoddy place like this because of your attitude please remove my account.
