Simple PHP/GD 12 Month Sales Graph

Hello,
Basically, what I need is a graph for my admin system, that will take values from a 'sales' table in our MySQL database and will create a bar chart with the last 12 months along the bottom, and number of sales up the left side.
Our sales table has the following fields:
id, name, email, profit, product, date, paymentmethod, invoice
The 'date' field contains the date of the purchase in the following format:
d/m/Y
The script can use pre-made stuff, that has been customized to our needs.
The bars on the graph must be '#333333' with a white bg.
2) Payment Amount: $100
3) Payment method/ details (Paypal, check? Timeline?): PayPal
4) Additional Info (about project or potential bidders):
We need this as soon as possible.
