Mootools Slide content

Hello

Im in the process of making a website, however i am going for a different style of site navigation.

Basically i have a div of content - And i have a normal navigation menu.
Home, about etc etc.

However i am wanting to simply slide the content div to show new content based on the menu item that has been Clicked.

So

Home --------> About
Would slide #div.home ----------> #div.about.

However i have no idea how to make Mootools recognise individual menu items such as menu item Home or about.
