Wordpress knowledge needed and javascript

1) Project Details: (be as specific as possible): Ok so this is my current site, www.dormsoflondon.com. I need to add a custom GIRLS page. All the designing I would do. You would just code and implement. Currently that site runs in Wordpress.

I want the custom page to behave something like this - http://eckomfg.com/Madison ... with the RATING feature, exactly the same one as they have if possible. I would layout the page in terms of graphics.
