Is the website you showed for the first website you want an example of what kind of site you want built? Or is it a site that you want to make changes to?

I can take on the first project for you. Either updating or creating a new site for you.

I cannot do the flash website for you for the second project, but I can suggest someone for you.

A mid march deadline is perfect.

Well what you mean by text based? Is it just simple HTML / CSS or it has to be dynamic? Server Side scripting needed?

$350 for a flash site? i barely do a basic html for that.
