Website Problem In I.E and other Browser

hi,
why a website appear different in web browser, i make my website in Frontpage and see its preview in I.E and Opera,

I am using 1pt border with brown color in my Index page when i see its previw in IE it appears normal when i see in Opera and FireFox it appear with border of 2pt and gray color ,

Hello 123funda,

Welcome to CF. I'd recommend you to read "Why tables for layout is stupid" first.
Then check what's markup validity and the purpose of having a valid DOCTYPE at the top of your document.

With that said, check http://bonrouge.com/3c-hf-fixed.php to see a good 3 column layout.
