flash intro with waving lights here and there

i wish to have something like the following, but not so much going on.

i have bought templates before to find out there are only a few lines of code i could have added to what i already had, very expensive way of finding out i know.

are there any templates i can take a look at that any one can direct me to so i can try to create this myself.

wanting to have something like just the first few frames where the lines in the background repeat while my text is in the foreground as in this version.

For some reason the example doesn't show on the site, but it looks like the image tries to show something that you might see on one of those Sprint commercials with the light and a trail.

I've done this with After Effects before (http://library.creativecow.net/artic...o-tutorial.php) but don't think that anyone has a tutorial for Flash to do this.

Let me know if this is not what you are talking about, but the example template was not available for me to see.
